Cookie Policy

monochat.tr uses two measurement tools: Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. Both follow the choice you make in the cookie banner.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics with Google’s Consent Mode v2.

  • Until you choose, and if you reject analytics, analytics and advertising storage are denied; Google receives cookieless measurement pings and sets no cookies.
  • If you allow analytics, Google Analytics cookies are used and your visits are measured.
  • When you click a link to the app (app.monochat.ai), WhatsApp, e-mail or phone, the link’s address, text, position on the page and the page language are recorded as a conversion event.

PostHog

We use PostHog on its European Union servers (eu.i.posthog.com).

  • Until you choose, and if you reject analytics, PostHog stores nothing in your browser; visits are counted on the server with a daily hash, with no session recording and no person profile.
  • If you allow analytics, PostHog uses cookies and records your session: clicks, scrolling and similar actions on the page are recorded, and password fields are masked.
  • When you request an integration on the Integrations page, the integration you asked for is recorded.

What we keep in your browser

  • mc_cookie_consent_v1: your cookie choice and its date
  • mc_internal: only in our team’s browsers, to keep internal traffic out of the figures
