What personal data we process

This site has no forms. Personal data is processed when:

  • You visit the site: Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes your IP address, browser and request details to serve and protect the site.
  • Measurement: Google Analytics 4 and PostHog measure page visits and clicks on links to the app, WhatsApp, e-mail or phone. Without your analytics consent no cookies are used and no session is recorded; with it, cookies are used and PostHog records your session. See the Cookie Policy.
  • You contact us on WhatsApp, by e-mail or by phone: your name, phone number, e-mail, company and the content of your messages.
  • You sign up for MonoChat: the details of your account on app.monochat.ai, described in the Privacy Policy.

  • To answer your request and give demos and quotes
  • To set up and perform the service contract
  • Invoicing and payments
  • To meet our legal obligations
  • To keep the site secure and running
  • Marketing communication, with your explicit consent

How we collect it

Automatically when you visit the site, and electronically when you share it with us on WhatsApp, by e-mail or by phone.

Who we share it with

We may share personal data with the following; some of them have servers outside Türkiye:

  • Technical infrastructure providers we use (for example Cloudflare for hosting)
  • Measurement tools: Google (Google Analytics 4) and PostHog (European Union servers)
  • Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), when you write to us there
  • Authorised public bodies, as our legal obligations require

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed
  • To request information about it if it is
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose
  • To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
  • To ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected
  • To ask for it to be deleted or destroyed
  • To ask for corrections, deletions and destructions to be notified to those third parties
  • To object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis
  • To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
