Flows

Hand the repetitive work to flows, and let your team look after customers.

A flow starts with an event: a new message, a new customer, a payment, a Lead Ads form or a webhook from your store. It then sends messages, creates payment links, asks for consent, calls your systems over HTTP and branches on the result.

Building blocks

  • Events

Start on a new message, a new customer, New Payment Received, Webhook Received or Lead Received.

  • Send Payment Request

Enter an amount and currency; the flow sends the link in the chat and continues once it is paid.

  • HTTP Request

Look up an order or create a record in your system and keep the answer as a flow variable.

  • Opt-in

Ask for consent and save the Yes or No on the customer’s profile.

  • Conditions

Branch on payment amount, currency, profile fields or flow variables.

  • AI Agent

Run an AI assistant inside the flow and continue on its result.

Example: cash-on-delivery confirmation

Your store sends the new order to MonoChat by webhook; the flow asks the customer to confirm and writes the answer back with an HTTP request.

  • Starts with Webhook Received
  • A confirmation message with buttons
  • HTTP Request back to the store
  • A condition branches on the answer

How to set it up

  1. Pick the event

Add the event that starts the flow.

  2. Add the steps

Connect message, payment, HTTP and condition nodes.

  3. Publish

Turn the flow on; every run is recorded.

Do I need to code?

No, flows are built from nodes. You can add code with custom functions when you need it.

How does my store notify MonoChat?

The Webhook Received node has its own URL and secret; your store posts the order there.

What happens after a payment?

The New Payment Received event continues the flow, for example with a confirmation.
