Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the services provided by Bordo Bilişim Ticaret A.Ş. (“MonoChat”, “Company”), consumer rights, withdrawal, cancellation and refunds.

Definitions

  • SELLER: Bordo Bilişim Ticaret A.Ş., Aksu Mah. OMÜ Cad. Samsun Teknopark No: 165/37, 55270 Atakum, Samsun, Türkiye
  • BUYER: the person or company that buys MonoChat services
  • SERVICE: the MonoChat multichannel communication platform
  • KVKK: Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

The service

MonoChat is software as a service (SaaS) that lets businesses talk to their customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, web chat, SMS and voice calls. It is provided at app.monochat.ai.

Payment

  • The service is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription
  • Payment is made in advance, before the service starts
  • Prices are in US dollars and shown VAT included
  • The service may be suspended if payment is not made
  • WhatsApp message fees are billed by Meta directly and are not part of MonoChat’s price

Right of withdrawal

  • Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 you have a 14-day right of withdrawal
  • It starts on the day the service contract is made
  • Send your notice to hello@monochat.ai
  • No reason is needed

Refunds

  • The seller refunds the full amount within 10 days
  • Refunds use the same payment method
  • Card refunds may take 2–8 weeks depending on the bank
  • Bank transfers are refunded within 3–5 business days

Cancellation

  • A subscription can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice
  • The service continues to the end of the current period
  • Automatic renewal is cancelled
  • Your right to export data is kept for 90 days
  • There is no cancellation fee

Liability

  • The seller is liable for direct damage caused by service interruptions
  • Indirect damage (lost profit, lost business and the like) is excluded
  • Compensation is capped at the monthly subscription fee
  • Interruptions of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and others) are outside the seller’s responsibility

Disputes

  • Disputes are first settled by negotiation
  • Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees
  • The courts of the Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse have jurisdiction
  • Turkish law applies

Changes to these terms

  • Changes are announced by e-mail 30 days in advance
  • If you do not accept them, you may cancel
