What it does

Real prices, never invented

Worked out from each room type’s base rate, your seasons (rates, minimum nights, stop-sell), extra adults, children, meal plan and city tax.
The last room is never promised twice

Requests and confirmed stays are counted night by night; a booking is a request reception confirms, or confirmed at once while rooms are free.
Requests reach the right team

Housekeeping, maintenance, room service, spa, reception or concierge, with photos and status updates for the guest.
Tours, tables and transfers

Tours, restaurant tables, airport transfers, deposits, pre-arrival and welcome messages.
