Studio Assistant

Someone asking for a trial on Instagram who hears back in the evening goes elsewhere. Studio Assistant offers real free places from your timetable, books the trial and runs the waitlist of full classes.

What it does

Only real places

Places come from your weekly timetable, each class’s capacity and existing bookings.
Trials that become members

One free trial per new person, a thank-you after class with a button to find the right plan, and a recommendation from your plans.
Waitlists that run themselves

When someone gives a place back, the first person waiting gets it and is told at once.
Plans that renew

Memberships, studio screens, reports and your own rules.
